Zoltan is a recording, mixing, and mastering engineer, specializing in live tracking, with credits including Counting Crows, Patti Smith, Christian McBride, and many more. Zoltan also has an extensive post background, providing ADR and voiceover recording for clients such as Adam Scott, Keke Palmer & Pete Davidson. At The Cutting Room, he creates sessions where artists feel free to explore, utilizing our extensive collection of outboard gear to shape unique textures.

Bobby Tiemann

Bobby Tiemann is an engineer driven by a love for analog sound and a less-is-more philosophy. Specializing in analog recording & tape, Bobby still excels in all areas of recording. Bobby shares, “I try to listen and let the essence guide itself. I like the digital realm, but the analog domain excites me more.”

Nico Pagni

Nico Pagni is an engineer, producer, and songwriter who has worked with artists such as Chance The Rapper, Swae Lee, Stonebwoy, and Flo Milli. With deep respect for authenticity and the need for speed in the studio, Nico loves to maximize our live room & ISO booths to explore every possibility. Whether it’s a full band or an intimate vocal tracking session, Nico won’t miss a beat.

Sloan Welsch

Brooklyn-based engineer and mixer Sloan Welsch brings precision and versatility to every session, with credits including Joey Bada$$, G-Eazy, Weyes Blood, and Rome Streetz. Sloan has also recorded voiceover & ADR for stars like Jessica Chastain, Michael Shannon, and Drew Barrymore. In 2024, Sloan helped shape K’naan’s “Refugee,” which received the Honorary Grammy for Best Song for Social Change.
